BYUSA has helped me adopt this style as a leader in many ways. In the Clubs in the area our vision includes charity. We try and love everyone we work with especially the club presidents. If they know that we care about them, they won't hesitate to come to us for help. By having a heart of service, I know that my team in BYUSA will be more enjoyable.
