In order to show the love for those that I lead, I have tried my best to simply get to know them. I feel that the more you get to know someone, the more you love that person. At meetings I got an update on everyone's lives and made sure we didn't just discuss BYUSA. Additionally, I had stewardships with my PD's so we could discuss our lives outside of BYUSA. By having these conversations, I was able to get to know all of the girls I worked with and was able to gain
The clubs area motto this year was "Love in This Club" and we tired to apply that to everything we do. Whether it was working with committee members, program directors, or club presidents there was a sense of love and charity.
