Making Change

It is important to constantly be improving ourselves and our programs.  Nothing is ever perfect and we can always strive to be better. I know that I have made a lot of changes this year to my programs but I know that I could have done so much more.  I hope that I will leave a legacy to the next Executive Director that they will want to continue improving Care Week and Advertising.  One way I can do this is to leave a very detailed history and try and improve things while I still have this position.
