"Grown Up"

My involvement in BYUSA has definitely helped me grow as a leader and as a person.  By working with adults on a daily basis, I have learned how a real office works.  Additionally, by working the in the Clubs area as an advertising consultant, I have learned how to work with clubs, designers, and volunteers.  I have learned a lot about effective communication and how to coordinate meetings with everyone's schedules.  I am so glad that I am able to work with Sue on a daily basis because I learn so much from her. Her kindness is an example to me and I strive to be more like her. I really appreciate that Sue is always so nice but is able to get things done as well.
