Leading Change
An excellent example of someone leading change effectively was actually this year. Devin wanted some changes made to the clubs area and he was effective at leading those changes. For example, Joel Meehan came onto the team late but Devin helped him to reorganize the UCC. Also, Devin wanted more advertising done this year than last year so he helped lead me in this transition. Devin is excellent at leading change because he has such a strong vision for what he wants. Devin is passionate in sharing his vision that he inspires others to want to make a change as well. Additionally, Devin trained Joel for a long time to help him understand the chartering process for the clubs and then they started to reorganize the UCC.
