1. That change frustrated me because I can't write well with my left hand. I had to really focus in order to write the letters down. It took a lot more thought to use my left hand.
2. It was a lot harder to not use my sight when drawing the picture. I felt unsure of myself while previously I felt more frustrated.
3. I felt uncomfortable and nervous I was going to run into something. I had to rely on the person behind me to help guide me and I had to guide the person in front of me.
I believe that drawing the picture without using our eyes was most difficult because we weren't able to see the vision or the direction that we were headed. It is important that when leading change we have a clear vision in mind that we can share with our team. Additionally, it is important to embrace change and figure out new ways to accomplish something, who knows it could be a better way to do something.
