Knowing the Heart

Knowing a person's name is completely different than knowing their heart.  This term I have been able to truly know the hearts of those that I work with.  I didn't know Devin before I accepted the position as his Executive Director.  But after getting to know him I truly know that he loves those around him and loves to serve.  He is more than just a leader, he is a leader that loves everyone.  Love is the drive behind every choice of his and it is important that I learn from him.
