Contributing to the Culture of the Office

I plan to continue contributing to the culture of the office by saying hi to everyone and always smiling.  It is important for our team to be like a Zion community so our mission can spread campus wide.  One way to do this is by becoming good friends that are always there for each other. Also, whenever new people come in for tours and are looking for volunteer opportunities it is vital that we are welcoming.  It is important we show an interest in them and assist them in what they are looking for. The culture of the office is to be welcoming, inclusive, and happy.
