Finances Training

I will make sure that each new person in my area is trained and held accountable for the financial process by making sure they get certified.  Certification will help them understand the BYUSA financial protocol.  Additionally, I will stress the importance of following the rules. Also, Administration has told us that each new person that comes into the office needs to get checked in with them in order to be put in the system.  Additionally, admin is training the volunteers and helping them to get certified.  Although, Admin is doing this, it is important that I be proactive in assisting my volunteers to get certified.
