Area Performing

I will help my area achieve and maintain the performing stage by always giving 100% effort into everything that we do.  To help perform, it is important that we actually follow through and carry out our plans.  If we don't do this, then we are not performing.  It is important that we do not just focus on our own tasks but our tasks as an area as well.  It is vital that we are there for each other and that we help with everything we are trying to accomplish.  It is important that we keep our area vision in mind when planning and implementing activities.  To make this happen, I will be reliable and support my fellow team members.
